Nokia Mobile VPN compatibility:
VPN connectivity using the Nokia Mobile mVPN client is allowed under Low and
Medium firewall settings, but is blocked on the High setting.
Firewall Event Logging:
The firewall logs incoming and outgoing TCP traffic that is blocked. However, not all TCP events are logged, because the software limits the number of entries that can be generated per second. Also, please note that only TCP events are logged; logging blocked UDP and ICMP traffic would decrease performance because of the frequency of these events.
Uninstallation:
There is a known issue when uninstalling the product from the device. To
uninstall the product, you should disable Auto-Protect before you begin. To disable Auto-Protect, start Symantec Mobile Security for Symbian,
press the Preferences softkey, set Auto-Protect to Off, press Done, and then press Exit. Then, uninstall the product using Application Manager in Control Panel.

Norton Antivirus Tip
If you use Norton the resource sucker here’s a little tip.
This is worth doing if you have a Norton disk that gives you 1 years Subscription.
I’ve tried many a crack or patch to out do Norton but eventually they all fail.
I’ve done this a couple of times and it’s worked.
Uninstall Norton completely. Go to Add Remove Programs and get rid of anything to do with it.
Open up My Computer and click on Tools on the top menu and select Folder Options
Click on the View Tab and click on Show hidden files and folders.
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data
Delete the folder called Symantec. (This is where Norton remembers what your renewal date is)
To be on the safe side go to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data and delete the Symantec folder in there too.
Delete the folders Norton Antivirus and Symantec in Program files if they are there.
Norton likes to leave crap everywhere.
Now reinstall Norton and you should be rewarded with fresh Subscription service.
